Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Swallowing

My name is Edward D Beary 3rd I have had 3 spine surgeries, The first in 2000. I had spinal fusion of c3 and c4 which I was advised that I would get about 10 years out of it. Since then I have had lumbar surgery where I have rod implants . About 3 years ago I had spurs that had grown on the herniated disc both above and below where my cervical fusion was that cut off my ability to swallow and had surgery where the spurs were shaved as opposed to having rods also put in my neck.I have had in 1994 multiple skull fractures have had my right orbital socket wired together. At that time I had the right side of my face paralized my right eye didn t work and my inner ear was bashed in leaving me with vertigo.I took meclizine for about 10 years until it didnt work anymore. After trying an long list of different drugs eventually came to where valium helps to keep me functional from a vertigo standpoint. I am allergic to codiene. I used to be prescribed loratab 10/325 4 times a day. Since then my PCP has changed my prescription to norco and although it does provide some relief it feels like when I have a medication with codeine and my body is constantly in various stages of whelping up and constantly itching.I also have severe acne in my genital area I have had roughly 7 surgeries removing cyst though my dermotologist refused to remove anymore because he said they are to deep and wanted to refer me for a scrotectomy. I have tried to manage these by mysalf as best as I can, but I constantly have deep open wounds on my scrotum. I am on disability and my ability to pay for medical care just seems to decline every year. I am currenty trying to save up to have a bottom tooth surgically removed and try to save the only 3 remaining teeth I have a the bottom repaired so that one day maybe I could get a partial rather than a full denture I already have a full top denture so from almost every stanpoint my life is just damage control. Is there a place close in south Louisiana where I can find a pain management clinic that will work with me on my conditions. I have medicare and just this year paid for a small supplimental with Humana. I would appreciate your suggestions and advice. Thank You, Edward D Beary 3rd
