Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Moving My Left Arm Flexibly

over the last 3 weeks have had increasing l shoulder pain..thought maybe i slept on it wrong but now to the point I can t abduct my left arm sideways more than 45 degrees. Could hardly navigate the bank teller drawer today. My shoulder feels unstable, no recent injury. Now interfering with adl s.

Hello,

You seem to have rotator cuff syndrome, especially because you can not raise your arm beyond 45 degrees.
Treatment consists of avoiding the aggravating activity (generally activities that require to raise your hands over the head). Also, you need high dose of ibuprofen and lastly physiotherapy.
