Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion PCOD is one of the treatable causes of infertility.Laproscopic surgery is 90% effective for PCOD.The main problem in PCOD is absence of ovulation leading to irregular cycles and in turn delayed conception.Ovulation induction drugs might be effective and help in conception so discuss regarding them with your doctor.Avoid stress as it might delay fertility
due to hormonal imbalance.Weight reduction if you are overweight or obese might also help in regularisation of cycles.Dont worry.
