Hi,

Sclerotherapy with antibiotics like tetracycline has been tried in ovarian and renal cysts and has been successful in aspirating the cyst contents in many patients. I believe that even after removal of cyst with sclerotherapy, you would have to go back to fertility treatments such as IVF or IUI which you have already tried. The success rate may be lower.

I would suggest you to try the procedure once and watch for the results. Continue with fertility treatments. In case of less success rate, I would suggest you to consider other parenting options like adoption.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
