Hello and welcome to health care magic,

Most pain are benign and they have nothing to worry about and they get relieved with a paracetamol along with rest. However any chest pain should be properly evaluated so you must consult a general physician who can evaluate the common causes like cardiac or reflux and advice you properly

regards
