Suggest Treatment For Difficulty Breathing And Arm Pain

I am a 50 year old man who just spent the night in the hospital because I was having difficulty breathing and arm pain. All of my cardiac levels came back ok but because my EKG came back slightly abnormal they wanted to keep me overnight and do a stress test the next day. That also was normal. I have been having muscular knots in my back for the last few weeks which are actually better but they did an MRI of my neck just to be safe and found some stenosis of C5-7. They said this was not bad enough to treat with surgery or anything at this time. Heat, anti-inflamatories maybe physical therapy. I have also been having these episodes where I will have the pain start under arm(this is what sent me to the hospital) and I will get numbness and tingling all the way down my arm, feel light headed, be hard to focus, get nausea, feel an extreme surge that is uncomfortable down through mu groin and have a hard time breathing. It feels like I am going to pass out. This feeling may last for an hour or two before it goes away. I will also get thirsty and I have tasted blood before. Remember I went to the ER, they worked me up and it is not cardiac. I have been told that maybe I having anxiety attacks. I am looking for answers.
