Hi.... Many thanks for consulting in Health Care Magic. It could be a breath holding spell. But cyanosis can be a marker of congenital heart disease too. For breath holding spells you can try iron supplements. But u suggest you consult cardiologist & get an ECHO done. Hope my answer was helpful for you. Happy to help anytime.
