Suggest Treatment For Difference In Skin Color Of Face And Body

I have a naturally lighter skin on my face but the rest of my skin is very uneven and scars on my feets are so dark. I have tried so many products containing harsh chemical: hydroquinone, cortisone, peels but have been left with very dark knuckles both on my arms and feet. I have realised my skin also has got white dots like opening pores. Are these signs reversibles? What can I use to get rid of my dark scars and even out my skin tone? I won t mind going a shade or 2 lighter as long as long my ski is even. Thank you advance for your advice. Kind regards Catherine

Hi. I think dark knuckles over fingers and toes are your concern. Right? I think one needs to rule out acanthosis nigricans. Are you on any drugs? Are you overweight? Any medical history like diabetes, polycystic ovarian disease etc
You need to consult a dermatologist to confirm or exclude acanthosis nigricans. If its acanthosis nigricans, underlying cause needs to be identified and addressed. Thanks
