Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Vomiting
I drink this morning smart water and 2 crusants. Then i eat until 8 pm two hamburgers and fries from mc donalds after 2hours i was going to sleep everything star moving around me and then i throw up and i am been like that until now and diarrea i dont know what is it

Since, you have had hamburgers, fried, smart water and crusants throughout the day, it is possible that you have developed gastroenteritis manifesting as diarrhea, vomiting and sinning all around due to dehydration and may be septicemia.
This indicates that the things may turn worst and thus you should do the following:
- Take a PPI like Omeprazole.
- Rush to ER or nearby hospital so that a clinical evaluation can be done along with examination and investigations to get an appropriate diagnosis, clinical assessment and thus to get further management as per the complications.
- You may need intravenous fluids, antibiotics, anti-emetics that is to stop vomiting and so on as per the clinical progression.
- Once the vomiting stops you can have plenty of oral fluids, maintain electrolyte and water balance and thus get well soon.
