Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Stomach Cramps

I recently visited Switzerland for a few days. I was sick for one day while there, throwing up and diarrhea. I have been back for two week and have not had a solid bowl movement since back. Always water and loose. Some stomach cramps and I have to go pretty often.

I inderstand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to gastroenteritis, indigestion.
I would suggest to consult the gastroenterologist and undergo clinical examination, stool tests, and USG scan if needed.
Doctor will give following advises:
Tablet ofloxocin plus ornidazole
Tablet dicyclomine
Tablet loparamide for short term
Drink plenty of fluid and ORS solution
Take sporolac sachet
Take diet like banana, apple sauce, boiled rice with added salt and lime, buttermilk and yogurt
