Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Stomach Cramps
I am having diarrhea that's very watery and a dark gray I have been taking kaopectate and eating soups and white sodas. I have stomach cramps and something as little as pressing on the area makes me run off. I am weak and very tired as well. Please help in what else I could do

Dear: you need to keep good hydration. If diarrhea does not stop in 48 , you need to see your doctor and get samples of your stool for regular bacteria an parasite.
You are weak due to loss of electrolytes and water.
