Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Lower Abdominal Pain
Sir I m 22 years old and a university student, perhaps due to mess food i have a problem about my health. I have Lower stomach pain and then loose motion, and this is continued for about 5 months. I have used some medicine but no good effect, I have used Ulsanic Syrup, Levopraid, Rabixine, Librax, but all in vain, after taking medicine I feel better for some time. My weight is going decrease day by day, so what you Prescribe for me?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of diarrhea and lower abdominal pain which seems to be due to disturbance of electrolytic balance of body due to excessive production of acid and it could be due to food intolerance, food allergy , bacterial or viral infection. Need not to worry. You should take small quantity of food and avoid large intake at a single time. You should avoid intake f outside food. Keep your bed with head on higher side. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like ornidazole , albendazole , omeprazole along with loperamide. You should eat light and non spicy , eat fresh fruits and vegetables and eat fruits like banana. Take oral rehydrating solution as well.
