Hello,

Diarrhea with lower abdominal pain is more seen with an intestinal infection. So tell me to follow these.

1. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep himself hydrated.
2. Avoid outside food. Avoid junk food. Avoid oily and spicy food.
3. Take more curd and yogurt.
4. Start Cyclopam tablet for pain. Start probiotic tablet for diarrhea.

Don't worry, he will mostly improve with all these in 2-3 days. If not improving then consult a doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
