Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Low Heart Rate In An Infant

my son has been sick to his stomach for over a week, with a lot of diarrhea. the last two night when he is going to bed his heart rate has been lower than normal, and his temp gets low as well, around 96-97. he is 19 months old, and his heart rate dropped to around 55 several times. we have him on a pulse/ox meter

I really appreciate your concern, such diarrhea in this age is self limiting and hydration would be matter of concern, heart rate is very fluctuating phenomenon in children and this is nothing to worry and if you want to clear the doubt then better to get done the clinical examination with pediatrician this is the only option you have otherwise no need to worry about this, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
