Suggest Treatment For Depression
I am very emotional. I cannot confront without crying, talk about anything important without crying, I am dealing with some issues with my son and I feel I can t cope. Would a antidepreesent medication help? All my life I haven t been able to speak with emotion without crying, so I don t say my feelings.

you are having anxiety neurosis. generaly you need medication, since you want to avoid medication then take counselling by phychologist. meditation and yoga may help you.
