Suggest Treatment For Depression And Loss Of Sleep
Hi, My name is Vinod. My age is 32, height is 5'3'' and weight is 70. I've been working as a software professional since 10 years. For last 10years, I've been as a team player. I've joined in a job recently as a team lead. I feel that it's very difficult to handle the tasks as the people with whom I'm interacting are not cooperating with me properly. They are shouting at me for a small reason also. I'm not able to work along with them. I'm feeling depressed. Always those thoughts are haunting me. Not able to sleep and eat well. How to get rid of these thoughts and improve my situation?
