Hi my name is Kristen Zimmerman and for the past several years I ve been experiencing the inability to concentrate and get anything done I start lunch have a nice start another task and I can t get either cast done lately it s become so bad I ve become severely depressed that I can t get out of bed and I can t even get myself to do anything not even take a shower wash my clothes I have no motivation to do anything and I can t focus on anything it s becoming overwhelming to the point where I can t take it anymore I need something to put me back on track and help me focus
First of all these days it's very commonly seen that people get stressed due to different things and sometimes they don’t realise the reason that made the so stressed and they just can not handle the effects efficiently. Its good that you have taken a step forward by finding medical advice on it.
Second thing, it's always better to see a psychiatrist in person as before giving any medicines your doctor needs to get the history behind the illness and he will come to a conclusion about diagnosis and decide if there is need of medicines or not. Few counselling sessions can also help without the use of medicine. So my advice to you is to see a psychiatrist.
Apart from this, I suggest you try meditation which helps a lot in such situations where a person feels low and lost. It takes time but it's worth giving a try. Daily exercising also helps to elevate your mood so you can start doing it.
