Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

From the brief description of your problems, it is likely that you are suffering from a depressive disorder. However, a detailed history and a psychological assessment are necessary to make a definite diagnosis.

So, I would suggest that you see a psychiatrist in your place for a detailed evaluation and for starting treatment. There are effective treatments available for your problems - both in the form of anti-depressant medication as well as psychological therapy, like CBT, which will help you overcome your symptoms. So, please seek professional help at the earliest.

Wish you all the best.

Regards,
Dr. Jonas Sundarakumar
