My daughter is suffering from Dengue Hamrige fever her platelet during admitting to hospital was 90000 today is the 3rd day her platelet has come to 24000 WBC is improving very good Hamoglobin is 13.6 RBC is also improving very much .what problem can happen if her platelet goes down what should we do.

usually the platelets increase once the acute infection passes away please give her papaya extract tablet caripill it increases the platelet count
