Hi,
I understand your concern.
You have delayed menstruation for last two months. Many things in life can change menstrual cycle.
your typical presentation with delay in period with pregnancy like symptoms suggests -
* early pregnancy with bleeding. This needs to be excluded by home pregnancy test.
* hormonal imbalance leading to delayed periods.
( change in life style due to sudden dietary change,psychological/physical stress, ill health, weakness, change in climate -can lead to delay in period.)
* Please observe any such change in your life & if so try & correct it.
Observe your periods for couple of more months- period may revert back to normal pattern automatically. If not-
* Consult a gynecologist for physical examination & few investigations.
Mostly hormonal imbalance is treated by cyclical hormonal treatment for 3 months .
Thanks.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern such irregular menses history may be due to imbalance hormone and this is not the sign of pregnancy, if you want to clear the doubt then the way to clear this is ultrasonography test this would also ruled out some other possibility beside the hormone one, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
