Hi,

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, such fluctuations are common with the pill as well as with breastfeeding hormonal pulses are such that these may interact with periods cycle.

If the problem persists, a gynecologist review and hormonal profile may be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
