Dear Doctor I am a 30 year old female (Mother of 6 year old baby girl). Last month my period came after 43 days and because it came late i got some tests done and got to know that i had high prolactin levels (mine was 62.3) apart from my regular problem of PCOD. I also got acute acne on my face. I am taking cabgoblin 0.25 mg thrice a week for last week (its prescribed for 3 weeks) but my concern is my growing acne which has covered my face and made it so scarry. Another doctor has suggested to take injections not sure what they would be. I dont want to take synthetic hormones or steroids which would make me gain weight. I really need to loose some weight so there is no way i can think of medicines which may gain my weight. I need to plan my next pregnancy for that i have to reduce my access weight fast. I have heard of chasteberries or Vitex as a natural healer for females, but not sure if i should start this. Please help!! Priyanka
