Suggest Treatment For Delayed Period With Abdominal Cramps And Back Pain
I had unprotected sex about 2 weeks ago during ovulation. My period is supposed to come about the 20th, today is the 21st, I am super worried. My breasts are a little sore, my lower back hurts,and I am having cramps just ad if I m about to have my period. But no blood. What should i do?

I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
Please do not panic.
As you may be aware that in a woman with regular cycles , day 10 to 20 of the cycle is most fertile period of the cycle. If you had history of unprotected sex act in this period there is chance to get pregnant.
As you have just crossed your date, I will suggest you wait for 3 to 5 days more. If you still don't get your periods, them I will suggest you to get morning's first sample of urine to be tested for pregnancy.
If you get your periods in next couple of days, you need not worry.
If your test is negative, you can simply wait for cycles, or induce the periods with progesterone tablets. Your doctor can help you about the dose and withdrawal bleeding due to tablets.
Even if you are pregnant, you can opt for termination with medicines safely till 9 weeks of pregnancy under expert medical supervision.
I will suggest you to get sex counselling done. Use of appropriate contraceptive method will make you free from worries of unwanted pregnancy.
