General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

The blood in your stool will require addressing and at the earliest. The loss of blood may have resulted in anemia which is causing you to feel tired or lethargic. Any abnormality in the body can result in a disturbance in the menstrual cycle and this is most likely to be the cause for your delay.

Best wishes.
