Suggest Treatment For Delay In Menstrual Bleeding When Diagnosed With PCOD

Hello Doctor, Im a PCOD Patient and as usual i have delayed my period. usually i use to get my period within 40 days but now its 51 days i havnt got my periods. i hav done pregnancy test at home which shows it negative. should i do the pregnancy test again

Get physically examined
Get investigated to rule out any medical conditions
diet modification
Avoid alcohol, spicy, fried, fatty, oily, junk, smoking, non veg, heavy meals, cold food or liquid
Plenty of water and fluids
Take a healthy balanced nutritional diet
any other associated symptoms
Avoid stress, strain, exertion
Rule out anaemia, if it's there tab iron once daily after meals with water if not contra indicated and not allergic
Get pcod treated
Consult gynecologist
Rule out hormonal imbalance
