Hi,

Most probably your son may be having superficial folliculitis on both legs. The lesions may be pustular eruptions. There may be pus discharge from the lesions. Impetiginous and ulcerative lesions may be there. The lesions might be painful.you consult dermatologist and have investigations to rule out DM,HIV,anaemia, other internal diseases....

Antibiotics for few weeks and antiinflammatory drugs may be considered. Application of antibiotic cream may be done regularly. And have wash of the area with antiseptic like dettol liq. If internal diseases found, take proper treatment from expert doctor.

I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
