Suggest Treatment For Dark Discolored Skin In Genital Area
I am a 54 male. My problem dates back to when I was a young adult. My groin area on both sides is very dark brown. Also mi genitals and testicles are dark brown. I have used several medication, but so far no good results have been seen. I am not overweight. I have noticed that the dark spots are disseminating further. Please, what is your advice? Thanks.

Dark discoloration on the genital skin or other areas of the body can occur due to endocrinal disorders like diabetes, insulin resistance and thyroid disorders. Benign or malignant tumors should also be ruled out. A biopsy may be required to rule out malignancy. I would suggest you to visit your dermatologist for a direct clinical examination.
