Hello,

You are suffering from pimples on your forehead since a year, they keep coming back. Pimples are swollen bumps caused by dirt, excess oil, dead skin cells, bacteria that clog the pores. You should wash your face multiple times a day as you have oily skin. Always use water based creams / lotions. To help open the pores take facial sauna with the help of face steamer. It effectively reduces pimples.

Prefer to take boiled food over hot, spicy food, junk food or fried food. Take vegetarian food more than non-veg food. Take regular bath. Keep your scalp clean. Dandruff can trigger pimples. Follow a good skincare routine daily. Take a course of Doxycycline, it will clear it. Get checked for hormonal problems, thyroid issues or any other medical condition that may be causing pimples so that it can be treated at the earliest.

Cysts are closed pocket of tissue that can be filled with fluid, air or pus. Cysts often feel softer as they consist of fluid. If you don’t treat them in time, it can cause scarring. Cysts are treated with medications like Augmentin, It may require incision and drainage. Sometimes it is removed by surgery or the cyst cyst is vaporized with a carbon dioxide laser. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a dermatologist and get treated accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
