Suggest Treatment For Crossed Left Eye

Hello Doctor, I am wearing glasses from last 6-7 years and my current number is 6 for left and 1.5 for right eye. Recently i noticed that my left eye is deviating from normal vision and becoming crossed eye. Can you tell me the treatment and its cost in Mumbai?

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
You have not mentioned whether it is + or - power. As there is difference in the powers in both eyes and LE has more so is weak then tendency to move away from normal position. If squinting persists even with glasses then you will require squint correction for cosmesis. If minus power then you can have Laser refractive surgery after thorough eye check up

Ophthalmologist Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash's  Response
The difference between two eye power is more then 2.5. most probably you were using left eye. The other eye might have developed amblyopia. Get your Eye examined. Cover test should be done. Test for binocular vision be done After examination and proper diagnosis treatment and cost can be informed.
