Suggest Treatment For Cracked Nipples

Hi. I m a 19 year old female and I ve had cracked looking nipples for as long as I can remember. I first noticed them when I was 12 I think... And nothing has changed since. The middle is yellow and it looks cracked. What is the cause of this? Is it from birth, and can it be cured? Thanks :)!

Hello,

Cracking of nipples can be due to dryness of the surrounding skin. Does it cause any other symptoms? You can try applying good moisturizing cream on the skin in and around the nipples. If still not getting better, then get a checkup done once. Mostly it should not be of concern if it is since birth.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
