respected Dr, my age 56 yrs,having sugar problems, rheumatoid cured,heart problems cured,but i am having crack in my penis slightly 1 cms long fore skin not coming back severe pain i am married never have any contact with other ladies very god fearing.please advise.

Cracks in foreskin and inability to retract it completely are due to Genital Candidiasis which is very common in a individuals with uncontrolled Diabetes.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac and anti fungal medication like Fluconazole twice daily along with topical antifungal cream like Candid for local application .

It symptoms persists you will need to get circumcised .

Ensure that your diabetes is always under control.

Monitor your blood sugar levels at frequent intervals .
