Suggest Treatment For Cough,loss Of Voice And Painful Swallowing

Hi, I have had an earache on and off for the last three weeks. In the last week I have developed a chesty cough and have lost my voice almost entirely. It is painful to swallow and I now have a temp over 39. I m very tired and feeling rubbish. Please could you advise me of what to do. Many thanks.

hello,thanks for your query,productive cough with sputum can affect vocal cards and causes laryngitis. any way. needs antibiotic course, visit an ent surgeon for laryngoscopy and apprpriate antibiotics.mean time you need to give absolute voice rest and steam inhalation. hope i have answered your query. all the best. take care.
