Suggest Treatment For Cough, Slight Fever And Runny Nose In Child

My three year old has a cough, slight fever (100.6) and runny nose. A nurse practitioner heard her lungs today and said she has pneumonia and should be on antibiotics. Her appetite, energy level are good. Stools normal. Does she really have pneumonia? And should I put her on antibiotics?
