General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think your symptoms are related to tooth abscess or any other infection for which you've been prescribed antibiotics (amoxicillin/cephalexin).

Should monitor your blood pressure and record the results for reference. Plus should monitor blood sugar, and record the results for reference. A complete blood count to rule out anemia.

Should take vitamin B and C supplement to fight fatigue. Increase water intake.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
