Suggest Treatment For Cough, Chest Congestion And Dehydration

I caught what my kids had. Pseudo pneumonia... Bad cough, chest congestion, dehydration. I have a few other issues that are happening with this sickness as well that were NOT present at all before the illness. Occasional blood in urine, and can t get an erection. I hope all issues are tied together. Anyone heard of anything like this?

its not pseudo pneumonia...I think it's kidney involvement plus lung involvement...may be some vasculitis ...u have to go through autoimmune checkup... like goodpasture syndrome or wegners granulomatosis or may be post streptococcal Glomerulonephritis .
