Hello Within three days , you changed two antibiotics ,while both are very good for throat infection and sore throat. But any how , at present ,continue the novacloc-lb , as you will get relief within next 2-3 days . Also take dextromethorphan chewable tablet for local throat infection. When such cases visit I prescribe them to take some cough syrup containing salbutamol or terbutalin . So consult your doctor and take cough syrup also because such cough is due to bronchoconstriction . Hot coffee and steam inhalation also provide relief . Still , no relief within next 3-4 days then consult a physician and get his opinion. Good luck.
