Suggest Treatment For Constipation

i have been constipated since last Wednesday.....I went to the E.R. Saturday afternoon and was given Golytely to drink and got through 3/4 of the bottle before I couldn t take anymore. I have taken everything under the sun before that and I still have not gotten any resuts. What should I do?

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to constipation. I recommend using over the counter laxative such as Miralax. I also recommend taking daily probiotics.

You should drink liquids and eat a fibre-rich diet. If the symptoms continue you should use enemas.
