Suggest Treatment For Constipation With Hard Stool
every week or so i get really hard stool, comes out very hard lumps with clear/white fatty looking stuff. won't come out without prune juice. last week i didn't use prune juice and wouldn't come out for 4 days! i am 50, female, 140 lbs. and have had this my whole life..

You need some dietary and lifestyle changes to avoid this as:
-Take plenty of fluids, try fibre based diet and reduce consumption of meat-based products.
-You also take fruits like apples, pears.
-Have a light exercise daily in the morning.
This will alone help you to relieve from constipation and improve your bowel movements.
