Suggest Treatment For Constipation, Nausea And Bloated Stomach

Female/57 yrs For abut 3 days I was constipated, now I am nauseated and (especially after eating) I can t stay out of the bathroom. My stomach feels bloated and I ve had some backache. I had appendicitis (30 yrs ago) and gallbladder (stones) removed (10 yrs. ago) after which I developed pancreatitis. Should I be concerned about having pancreatitis again or do you think it could be a bug? Thank you!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What complaints you are describing does not seem to be pancreatic disease.
However, get your blood teested for Serum Amylase and Serum Lipase. Also, get an ultrasound abdomen scan done to know the status of pancreas.
In case things turn out tobbe normal, kindly take the following:
1. Tablet Domperidone with Pantoprazole combination for nausea and abdominal bloating.
2. Laxatives in the form of Isapgol Husk powder for constipation.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
