Hi,

Constipation is common in pregnancy and may need to be managed without putting the baby at any risk. Looz Co twins duphalac, and it is safe during pregnancy.

You may use it 10 ml bd, you increase or decrease the dose. However, try a few habits change to overcome constipation.

These include, take plenty of water, lemon in luke warm water, taking more fibers like vegetables, fruits, and espheghula husk. Do regular exercise.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
