General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to constipation. I see that you have already used over the counter laxative and enemas. I recommend to go at the emergency room for manual evacuation of the bowel. Meanwhile,I suggest to drink liquids and eat a fiber rich diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,

Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
