Hello
Since you are having these symptoms for 2 days , so there is no need of any tests .
When such patient visit I prescribe them to take pantoprazole-d once or twice in day for 2-3 days .
When patient have
constipation , they usually suffer with
flatulence ,so for this take laxative ( one dose of 30 ml will be sufficient .
If these symptoms recurs then consult a physician and get his opinion.
Now about scanty menses ,
amenorrhea , irregular menses , however these symptoms are very common among young child bearing age group , possibilities may be , these include;
1 PCOS , this is most common cause , diagnosis can be confirmed by
ultrasound of both ovaries .
2 Tension or anxiety is another reason of such symptoms.
3
Hormonal imbalance , diagnosis can be confirmed by blood examination for FSH/LH , andogen .
In my opinion for menses , consult a gynecologist and get his opinion.
Good luck.
