Hello,

Blood in stool sample with cramps may be due to ulcerative colitis or chrons disease or dysentery. Other possibilities like hemorrhoids or fissure or fistulas etcetera. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Take a high fiber diet and regular exercise, use syrup lactulose after dinner for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
