Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Constipation and/or blood in stool could be due to bleeding in upper gastrointestinal tract like in peptic ulcer, gastritis, esophageal varices ormallory-weiss syndrome or hookworm infestation or colitis from the large bowels.

You should undergo routine blood count and stool examination with ultrasound abdomen and endoscopy will confirm the diagnosis.

Treatment is mainly depend on the underlying cause but you may require antibiotics, antihelminthic with supportive treatment like purgatives if constipation is there.

Consult gastroenterologist for further advise

Thanks and regards,
