Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Associated Problems

Doctor,

i am 29 years old. i had been problem last 10 years of white urine drop during struggling for motion. this happens when i had contipation or struggling for motion. this get finished when i had continous sex, hand practice etc. But since now i stopped sex & hand practice from last 2 months. its happening every day. i have night fall once in a month. last month i had only one night fall. please advise what should i do ?

Your symptoms seem to be related to constipation.

I recommend using over the counter laxative options such as Miralax.

I also recommend taking daily probiotics.

I suggest you to drink liquids and eat a fiber-rich diet.
