Suggest Treatment For Constant Pain In The Right Knee

Hi, I am having pain in my right knee since last three months. I consulted my physician who took an X-ray and found nothing really wrong. He prescribed some multi-vitamins but I did not get any relief and then he prescribed calcium tablets. That too did not help much. What is the way forward, I am less than 40 yrs old.
