Suggest Treatment For Constant Pain In Right Side Of Head

Im 41 f, have had pounding headache on the right side top of head for 5 days now. Eases very minimally with ibufrofen or tylenol but pain is constant and debilitating like that of a toothache or earache. I am a smoker but otherwise fairly healthy and before this get headaches only a couple times a year and not severe or longlasting.

head achae can be due to refractive error or migraine. refraction may be done and if there is error it should be corrected for migraine can take migrainil one tab to start with and increase upto 6tablet till improves from all symptoms. leave smoking, it is good for health.
