Suggest Treatment For Collapsed Gallbladder With Gallstones

I had a CT scan of the abdomen due to elevated liver enzymes. My liver was fine, but one of the findings was a Collapsed gallbladder with gallstones without evidence of inflammation or biliary dilatation. I was just wondering what that meant, and what I can expect as far as treatment goes (if any) Thank you.

normally gallbladder receives bile ( digestive juice)from liver and sends it to intestine...
collapsed gallbladder means gallbladder is not in a position to receive bile. gallstones, cholecystitis etc can cause this condition .. surgery is the treatment of choice
