Hi my 7months daughter is suffering from cold cough and fever from 2 days doctor has suggested amrolight ds but it is not working. And I am giving paracetamol when needed. And my first child also had same problem but he is now clear and gave droplet ls, so can I give brozeet-LS for my 7months baby. And tell dosage for it

Hi had paracetamol syrup if not relieving immediately consult pediatrician because high grade fever leads to seizure on children between 6 months to 6 years so don't neglect
