Suggest Treatment For Cold And Breathing Problem

My name is Amit. Our Son, Aryan, is 3yrs 9months old. He suffers frequent cold and cough especially seasonal. It last for couple of weeks. His nose will be running and at late night he will get up from bed due to breathing problem.
Pediticians prescribed Medicines which seem not working.

He was recently operated for Adenoid and tonsylitis. So we again consult with the ENT specialist and he has prescribed Montek LC Kid, some spray for nose and a sucral syrup.

Please help me with your expert guidance.

Regards,

Amit
